Rockstar has published no PC requirements for GTA 6 C source, so any list you see now is a guess. Below: what Rockstar asked for in its last two PC releases, and our own forecast, labelled as an estimate with its method.

On our scale the RTX 3060, GTA V Enhanced's recommended card, scores 87 against the PS5's 100. In other words, Rockstar's newest PC spec already recommends a card close to the console, for a game first released on the PS3. GTA V Enhanced also needs an SSD even at its minimum spec.
This is our estimate, not Rockstar's, and we will replace it the day the official requirements appear. It names levels on our scale rather than a list of parts, because nobody knows which parts Rockstar will list.
Graphics cards at the forecast level for the recommended spec include the RX 6700 XT, Arc B580, RTX 2080, RTX 4060, RX 7600, RTX 3060. The PC install size is 180–300 GB E source. The consoles run GTA 6 at 30 fps R source; Digital Foundry expects 60 fps on PC to need a high-end processor R source. The methodology page explains the scale.
